Dr Frank Hiller (50) is to be appointed as a member of the Board of Management of DEUTZ AG and its Chairman with effect from 1 January 2017. He succeeds the current Chairman of the Board of Management, Dr Helmut Leube (63), who is retiring on 31 December 2016. The Supervisory Board of DEUTZ AG is to adopt formal resolutions on these changes at tomorrow's meeting.
Dr Hiller has spent his entire career in industry, most recently as a member of the Executive Board at MAN Truck & Bus AG (from 2009) and of the Management Board at Leoni AG (since 2014). "We are delighted to have appointed someone as the new Chairman of the Management Board of DEUTZ AG who has considerable experience within our industry both on the engineering side and in sales and marketing," said Hans-Georg Härter, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Dr Leube steered DEUTZ AG safely through the financial crisis, has overhauled the entire product range and has provided the Company with the right structures for the future.
