Funciones
- Disposition of the assigned parts spectrum
- Deadline monitoring
- Processing of backlogs and delivery date requests
- Determination of optimal order quantities
- Contacts and communication
- Optimization of the inventory situation
- Master Data Management
- Supplier development and support
- Ensure compliance awareness and requirements in the Spare Parts Procurement processes
- Ensure compliant and efficient documentation of all DGSC Procurement transactions
- Data Maintenance in the SAP system (dates, quantities, quotations, suppliers...)
Tu perfil
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, economics or equivalent professional qualification
- Used to work with ERP system enviroments (SAP desirable)+
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, more than 3 years of profound business knowledge
- Ideally 6 months to 2 years of experience in material planning with contact to the supplier
- Solid experience in a material planning organization, deep understanding of its processes, policies as well as channels/instruments and warehouse/logistics
- Distinctive SAP MM know-how and with regard to manual and highly automated processes
- Very good communication skills and experience in training preparation and implementation
- Strong team-player attitude
- Availability for travel
