Funciones

• Experience with project management and process optimization with a data analytics component.
• Establish a transparent and efficient master data management for Procurement
  • Material master data:
    • Maintain and/or create procurement info records, prices, conditions (single and mass maintenance)
    • Tracking of material surcharge development as well as regular change reporting
  • Purchasing master data:
    • Establish a transparent purchaser group system
    • Update of purchase order text manual
    • Update of incoterms and payment terms
    • Maintenance of logistics purchasing data (freight maintenance)
  • Supplier master data:
    • Active management of all supplier data in terms of accurate and updated data
    • Further optimization of the data cleansing concept
• Experience in querying data sets.
• Conduct regular purchasing data analytics reports for purchasing organization
• Bring the analytical skill more on the table
• Management of purchasing catalogue content

Tu perfil

• Business administration, economics or equivalent professional qualification, Information Technology
• Used to work with ERP system enviroments (SAP MM), skilled in Excel (PIVOT, basic formular functions e.g. SVERWEIS etc.)
• Experience 1 years
• Languages: English – B2
