Funciones
- Process stock orders from Distributors.
- Management and transfer of Deutz AG invoices to Accounting (MIR6)
- Accounting Supplier invoices, workers' settlements and compensations
- Process spare parts orders
- Process spare parts invoicing and credit memos for returns and exchanges
- Stock returns
- Creation of spare parts materials
- Archiving
Tu perfil
- 2 years experience in "order processing" with contact with requesters and staff in charge.
- Strong experience in Cs organizations, in-depth knowledge of their processes, policies, media and warehousing and logistics.
- Knowledge in SAP MM in both manual and highly automated processes.
- Very good communication skills and experience in preparation and execution of training received.
- Strong team oriented attitude.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing applicable to continuous process improvement.
Required
- Business administration, economics or equivalent professional qualification.
- Used to working with ERP system environments (SAP desirable).
