Funciones

• Process stock orders from Distributors.
• Management and transfer of Deutz AG invoices to Accounting (MIR6)
• Accounting Supplier invoices, workers' settlements and compensations
• Process spare parts orders
• Process spare parts invoicing and credit memos for returns and exchanges
• Stock returns
• Creation of spare parts materials
• Archiving

Tu perfil

• 2 years experience in "order processing" with contact with requesters and staff in charge.
• Strong experience in Cs organizations, in-depth knowledge of their processes, policies, media and warehousing and logistics.
• Knowledge in SAP MM in both manual and highly automated processes.
• Very good communication skills and experience in preparation and execution of training received.
• Strong team oriented attitude.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing applicable to continuous process improvement.

Required

• Business administration, economics or equivalent professional qualification.
• Used to working with ERP system environments (SAP desirable).
