Funciones

• Supporting and informing applicants in the use of our systems and purchasing channels.
• Guidance to requisitioners in case of technical problems.
• Being a central contact in Purchasing and working closely with the Strategic Purchasing Team in Germany.
• Ensuring direct communication with requisitioners.
• Checking and quality assurance of approved purchase requisitions.
• Efficiently prioritize purchase requisitions (POs) especially at peak times.
• Create purchase orders from approved requisitions, ensuring delivery from our suppliers.
• Support the company in vendor invoice issues along with accounts payable.
• Manage a successful onboarding process for new suppliers.
• Ensure compliance awareness and compliance requirements in purchasing processes.
• Ensure effective and compliant documentation of all DGSC Purchasing procurement transactions.
• Managing supplier bids and awarding contracts for the existing supplier portfolio.
• Promote the user friendliness of existing purchasing tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation and standardization of processes together with the buyers in Germany.
• Set up process automation and execute relevant quality controls.

Tu perfil

• Experience between 2 and 5 years in purchasing with contact with applicants and personnel in charge.
• Solid experience in Purchasing organizations, deep knowledge of their processes, policies, means and warehouses and logistics.
• Knowledge in SAP MM in both manual and highly automated processes.
• Very good communication skills and experience in preparation and execution of training received.
• Strong team oriented attitude.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing applicable to continuous process improvement.
• Bachelor / Degree Administration
• Used to work with ERP system enviroments (SAP desirable).
• Languages: English – B2/C1 German valued
